INNOVATION AND BEYOND

AI

How can we use
artificial intelligence
in learning?

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)

We’re already using AI regularly in our day-to-day custom learning projects.

elearning, Video, Instructional Design, Audio

  • Research and ideation

  • Content analysis and outlining

  • Script drafting

  • Image and video generation

  • Voiceover

For example, we used AI on a recent project to write a content script draft and then generate a program teaser video.

To be fair, we then worked on that video quite a bit with all of our other tools to get exactly what our clients wanted, but we are thrilled to be experimenting and adapting at the edge of this intelligence revolution.

Our honest opinion of AI so far:

Wow! It's amazing when it works.

And there's a lot of room to improve. We've got to work with the machines, not fear them. As of yet.

The landscape of learning is constantly changing.

We adapt and respond.

ACCESSIBILITY SOLUTIONS

Today’s world calls for accessibility and we answer. We work with our clients to create learning that works for their learners’ needs.

Not every learner learns the same way.

Whether it’s designing for visual clarity, ensuring legibility, or augmenting sound, we help our clients deliver their important content to every learner they are trying to reach.

Close captioning in English is only the first step to any project, but we can go further.

  • Should we opt for keyboard navigation?

  • Or maybe it’s better to design matching documents optimized for screen readers.

  • Perhaps we should add captions in multiple languages.

Whatever it takes to get it done right.

ACCESSIBILITY

What is the best plan for your learners?

GAMIFICATION

Any chance learning could be fun?

Yes!

"Play is our brain's favorite way of learning."

LEARNING GAMES

Yes! Learning can be fun.

We work with clients to create fun interactions with the learner in mind.

  • Reaching for goals

  • Measuring progress

  • Achieving wins

All are good ways to lock in the learning and have a good time.

We have built games to teach retail sales and service, problem solving and root cause analysis, customer security, building sandwiches, and a lot more.

Guess what we learned from one of our clients. Simon Says wasn't just a fun game. It taught you self-regulation skills.

Think about it.

ENGAGEMENT

Who is your learner?

In the Define milestone of your custom eLearning or other learning project, we will examine who you are targeting.

  • What's the age range?

  • What's the education range?

  • What's the attention span?

  • What are their strengths?

  • What do they really need to know?

  • Where do you lose them?

Today's learners vary a lot.

We have 5 generations of learners in some of our clients' companies; some are mostly Millennials, and some are really geared to the younger crowd.

  • What are they used to interacting with online?

    • Are they OG Facebookers?

    • Insta-savvy?

    • TicTok how-to's?

    • Boomers of the original meaning?

    • Or the GenX  one that their kids falsely accuse them of being? I mean, really? But I digress.

  • Is English their first language?

  • How do we make interactive learning to achieve your learning objectives?

We will guide you through the process and design learning to reach your people - wherever they are in the spectrum of learners.
