Most companies have a coaching model in place, but practice activities are a must in order to make sure it's followed properly.
Live role plays and emerging AI tools can be useful for this. We can design and implement scripts, videos, and presentations for instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training (VILT)
eLearning provides a great way to interactively train your learners.
Another way to provide managers with safe practice is to develop an eLearning activity with characters that have common staff-related issues.
For example, in this client project, managers select scenario responses during conversations with employees like Back Talking Bobby, Late Lucy, Improper Ivan, etc.
We also included scenarios with Hard Working Harry and Supportive Sue to show positive reinforcement via the coaching model too.
A reaction meter shows how the team member might respond as the conversation progresses, providing immediate feedback for the managers.
Custom eLearning interactive activities are sometimes easier and more cost effective to develop than video, and can be just as effective.
Honestly, the Articulate Storyline coding for this isn't that complex, but it provides an effective way to include eLearning engagement and applicable practice.
We can design your custom eLearning training project to include interactive activities to engage your learners and prepare them for real world scenarios.
Integrated Learning Services creates custom eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual training, designed to fit your learning objectives and meet your learners where they will be most engaged.
